I am happy with this product. You create your own ringtone from any MP3 you have then the wizard uploads it to their website. Using your phone's browser, enter the URL and the key code to download the ringtone to your phone. I think you can use a USB cable to directly connect it to your phone but I havent tried it. I have a MOTORZAR and Cingular.

Customer Review: Great product... does everything it says plus more and very good customer support

I only have positive words for this software and the company behind it and if you are looking for a ringtone making software this not only will more than satisfy your requirements but exceed them since you get other plug-ins (additional small features) for free, such as making wallpaers from your own phots on your computer, sending txt messages within the States and also you can choose premade truetone ringtones (such as animal sounds, bells, horns, etc.), premade images/wallpapers, even premade polyphonic ringtones. And since this application is not locked to one cell phone, you can send ringtones and other content to another phone... GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!

Plus, i contacted the customer support about the plug-ins and they responded back within about 14 hours. Not only was it quick (i thought) it was a really nice person that answered my question (we exchanged 2 email "sessions"). After that i chose to write this because it is just so rare that companies continue to support "buyers" of products after they buy it.

The application is very easy to use and gives so much.

I am very satisfied and more excited to use it than when i first bougt it.
